Life is just another adventure if you really look into its channels. On the first day we are born, we begin a new adventure to healthy aging. After a while, we take our first baby step. Our muscles, joints and bones have already started its progress of aging. Yet, we continue to use our muscles, joints and bones throughout our life to balance our weight. As we reach puberty, despite the notion that we maintained activities the muscles, joints, and bones begin to degenerate. After puberty the declination continues, which our body and minds start weakening.
Throughout our life, we depend on soluble fats to reduce heart disease. We depend nutrients that prevent high cholesterol, which affects so many of us by not eating and exercising correctly. We understand that incorporating the right amount of fibers into our bodies daily will add bulk to our stools. It will speed up to come through and out of our body. Our brain has learned a lot from our younger days. All those skills you accomplished made the brain stay healthy. Remember practice makes perfect and as we grow older the more practice we get. The more we learn the quality of talking grows and improves even more. We need to learn how to manage stress too because stress will damage the circuit in your brain.
As you grow you, become wiser. The challenges and opportunities along with making decision were all improving the brain. Be positive on life and ready for new challenges.
The brain works by increasing knowledge and it builds the connecting elements in the bran that make us function well. You’re never too old to learn something new.
As you grow older, keep your connection with your family and friends. The more we stay in contact with our family and friends we are keeping our mental sharpness working. You can learn from them and it will help to maintain your mental sharpness each day that goes by.

March 18th, 2008 — Life incidents
Renia was running for weeks, with the real estate agent, to look for an apartment in Bucharest, for her to buy.
Exhausted, she chooses, in the end, one in a poor condition. Immediately she called her architect friend to ask for his help. Poky accepted on the spot. He was willing to start the next day.
The owner told to Renia that, for the moment, his nephew and his wife are living there. He promised her that, by the time the documents will be ready, the apartment would be free.
Three days later, the documents were signed. The owner gave her the keys.
Together with Poky, Renia went to her new home. When they entered their, surprise: all the staff the nephew and his wife had was still there. But not like you would imagine; no, nothing was packed and ready to go. It was obviously; the couple lived there like nothing happened.
Renia called the former owner to ask him about the agreement they had. Nobody answer the phone. She tried many times, with the same result.
Poky started the apartment’s evaluation, the measurements. He decided what should be bought in order to start fix it. Than, they made a list with all the thinks needed to decorate the new space, so it becomes a home. One, in which, Renia and her family, will fill comfortable.
Before leaving the apartment, Renia wrote a note for the ex-owner’s nephew, asking him to, please, packs his thinks and leave.
The next day, before going at the office, my friend, passed to her new apartment. Nothing changed there. You can add to the last day picture some rests of food on the table.
Renia phoned to the former owner. Again, nobody answer. Upset, she wrote to the couple that unless they leave, she would call the police.
In the afternoon, Poky went there with two workers, caring the cement, the leather and the tools. When he entered, the young couple was eating. They got upset because of the interruption. And not only that. They started a fight with the architect, asking him “what is the big hurry fixing the place� Poky replied that they should be gone by now.
The men said:
“We have nowhere to go. We want to stay here and pay the new owner a small rent. Our salaries are small.â€Â
Poky got angry:
“Small, big, we don’t want the rent. My friend wants the apartment fixed so she can move in with her family. That is the reason she bought itâ€Â.
The woman:
“But they already have a place to stay in. We don’t. Plus, we don’t have enough money to rent one in this area. What kind of people are you, to throw us on the street�
“Lady, that is not our problem. Please, take your staff and leaveâ€Â.
“Where to? We are staying hereâ€Â.
The workers and the architect left the apartment.
The story lasted for two weeks. Lots of fights between them.
One day, Renia, fed up, went to her apartment with a police officer. Was the only way to solve the problem.
That is a common situation in a poor country. Many times the former owner refuses to leave the apartment.
