		<description>Well I will tell you one of my favorites . Saute some onion and celery in butter ( real stuff no fake ) once translucent put in parsley and rosemary  and tarragon . stir 1 min. add a handful of bread crumbs or more if you are making more than one . Stir until moistened . Remove from heat . Rinse and dry your bass . Beat an egg roll your bass in it then into the bread crumb mixture and place in baking dish . Spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil and bake at 350 for 15 - 20 min.</description>
