How To Cook Once a Month by Freezing Cooked Foods

Hi!
I am wanting to try once a month cooking- cooking in bulk then freezing it. I am having a baby in 6 weeks, and we just bought a house, so it’s what I want to do to (a) save time and energy after baby comes and (b) save some $
For example, what should I have on hand, what type of packaging for storing the food in the freezer, I need recipes, how to cook in bulk tips and hints, etc… I am not much of a cook to begin with (I hate doing it!) but thought this might be easier than cooking a different meal EVERY NIGHT like I do now…

What Do You Think About Renting Designer Bags Versus Buying One, Such As Bag, Borrow, Or Steal?

They have advertisement everywhere? Are you stupid enought to rent from this company? I dont think it’s great at all. Crooks you might say, giving them hundreds of dollars for something you dont even own. That makes girls think how to get designer bags wholesale. I mean come on you could buy something you like and make 2 designer bags last for a year. Nobody is really impressed if You have 1 or 27 designer bags. they just think your stupid for paying that absurd price. It costs $8 to make a designer bag in a factory( I know for certain doing research), and you’re going to pay $hundreds to rent one a year. it’s plain ignorance. Girls lets not support this.

How to Cook Pumpkin for Pumpkin Pie?

Is it possible to cook pumpkin for pumpkin pie with out cutting it in half and cooking it with the skin? Because instead of destroying the pumpkin I want to make a Jack-O-Lantern, make it into a pumpkin pie, then make pumpkin seeds with the seeds. So, I want to use everything from that pumpkin, because we are trying to minimize waste in our household. Cooking vegetables like spinach or artichokes should always take advantage of all good parts these foods have to offer.

How Can Cooking Vegetables Increase Their Iron Content?

This question has something to do with a vegan diet. Since vegetarians avoid meat their source of iron are most on vegetables or iron supplements. I found this info about cooking food. I don’t know what the rationale about the increase in the amount of iron content when food is cooked. I did some research but they can’t give me the explanation. Does it have anything to do with heat? Do you think iron pans have something to do with that? For example, if I cook a dairy free spinach artichoke dip in an iron pot, will it get enriched in iron? Or perhaps I just need to add more spinach to it?
